我們堅持簡約包裝，採用日常生活中的回收材料——比如草稿紙和水果紙箱，並儘可能使用可降解的封箱膠帶。簡單而用心。
运输
我们将在 3-4 个工作日内发货，所有订单均通过澳大利亚邮政寄出。澳大利亚境内的配送时间为 2-7 天，国际配送时间则根据目的地有所不同。您的订单一旦处理完成，我们会发送通知，并附上追踪信息。
退換
若收到的作品與您購買時不一緻，請在 7 天內寄回以下地址，我們將爲您更換正確作品。退回的作品需保持與收到時相同的狀態並且未使用且保留原包裝。我們在確認後將儘快重新寄出。很抱歉我們暫時不支持退換手作物品。在購買前如有任何問題請您聯繫我們。

Packing
We pack simply, using reused materials from daily life - like draft paper and fruit boxes, and seal with biodegradable tape whenever we can. Minimal and mindful.
Shipping
We ship out within 3-4 business days using AusPost for all shipments. Australian delivery times are listed as 2-7 days whilst international delivery times will vary depending on destination. You will receive a notification with tracking as soon as your order has been processed.
Exchange and Returns
If the work you received does not match your order, please returned to the below address within 7 days for exchange. Exchange work must be in the same condition as it was received - unused and in its original packaging. Once confirmed, we will arrange the shipping as soon as possible. Please note that we do not currently accept returns. If you have any questions before placing an order, please feel free to contact us.
